I am an academic staff member at the University of Southampton Malaysia. I joined the UoSM team as a lecturer in 2016 and currently teach study skills and English subjects to Foundation Year students.

Prior to this, I worked as an Academic Coordinator cum English Lecturer (2006-2014) at School of Professional and Continuing Education, University Teknologi Malaysia (UTMSPACE) and as an English Lecturer at Institute Hospitality (2003-2006), Yayasan Pelajaran Johor (IHYPJ).

I received her Bachelor of Art (English) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2000 and master’s in education (Management and Administration) for research on student affair officer competency from UTM in 2015. Currently she is pursuing her PhD (Assessment and Evaluation) at UTM.

My research interest is in the area of education management and administration, study skills, testing and evaluation and English for specific purposes
